I am a graduate of The University of Brighton's Foundation Degree in Complementary Therapies and a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). I am first aid trained and have been in receipt of a considerable amount of positive feedback from the clients I have worked with since September 2015.

I am qualified to Level 5 to deliver a range of clinical massage techniques, including Remedial, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Soft Tissue Release and Neuromuscular Release as well as Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Nutrition.

My treatments are equally successful if remedial or simply for relaxation, and are based on a thorough initial consultation.
